Dr. Pınar Uz Hançarlı, Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Pamukkale University, participated in the 13th European Workshops in International Studies (EWIS 2026), organized by the European International Studies Association (EISA) and hosted by İzmir Economy University from July 1–3, 2026, where she presented her paper. The event brought together academics from various countries around the world in the field of international relations, providing an opportunity to discuss current global developments from an interdisciplinary perspective.
During the conference, Assistant Professor Pınar Uz Hançarlı shared her paper—which examined relations between the United Kingdom and the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)—with an international audience of academics, presenting the findings of her research. In the discussion session that followed the presentation, she exchanged views with participants and evaluated various academic perspectives on the topic.
