Poster Presentations
Participants may also choose to present their work in poster format.
Poster presentation applicants must submit an abstract following the
same guidelines outlined in the Abstract Submission Guidelines. Posters
will be exhibited at the conference venue and should adhere to the
following guidelines:
Poster Structure
Posters should include the following sections:
- Title and author information
- Introduction to the text or theme
- Key argument
- Supporting analysis (concise and well-selected examples)
- Conclusion
- Bibliography
Technical Requirements
- Suggested poster size: 50 × 70 cm or A1
- Total text should ideally be under 600 words
Design Guidelines
- Use a clean and well-organized layout
- Choose readable fonts
- Prefer short text blocks; avoid dense paragraphs
- Ensure clear visual hierarchy and overall clarity
