How to Submit Your Abstract

1. ABSTRACT FORMAT & REQUIREMENTS

Your submission should be in a single document with the following structure:

HEADER (Top of the page)

  • Your Name and Title (if applicable)
  • University Name
  • Faculty/School
  • Department
  • City / COUNTRY
  • Email Address

PAPER TITLE (Centered, All Caps)

ABSTRACT BODY

  • Length: 150-300 words
  • Language: English
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Spacing: Single-spaced
  • Include 3-5 Keywords at the end of your abstract

BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE (After the abstract)

  • Length: 50-200 words
  • Format: Single paragraph, written in third person
  • Include: your academic status, university, department, research interests, previous publications or presentations (if any)

3. ABSTRACT CONTENT GUIDELINES

Your abstract should include:

  • Research topic/title: Clear and concise
  • Main argument/thesis: What is your paper about?
  • Methodology/approach: How will you analyze your topic?
  • Key findings/conclusion: What are your main points?
  • Relevance to theme: How does your topic relate to "Fantasy"?

4. FILE SUBMISSION

File Format: Word document (.doc or .docx) or PDF

File Naming: LastName-FirstName - PACES2026.doc Example: Smith_John_PACES2026.doc

Email Subject Line: PACES 2026 Abstract Submission - [Your Name and Presentation Title]

In the email body, provide:

  • Presentation Preference: Oral Presentation / Poster Presentation
  • Any special requirements (if applicable)
