Unfortunately, travel expenses cannot be covered at this time.
However, students who wish to participate and face financial difficulties are kindly encouraged to contact us via email.
We will do our best to explore possible funding opportunities.
Is there a participation fee?
No, participation in the Paces Conference requires no registration fee.
Are meals provided?
Meals during the conference will be provided free of charge.
Gala dinner on 11 May, organized as part of the social programme, requires a separate payment.
How can I apply?
Participants who wish to apply to the PACES Conference are required to review the “Abstract Submission” page available on the conference website.
Applications are submitted by sending abstracts prepared in accordance with the guidelines specified on this page via email to pacescontact@gmail.com.
Following the abstract submission, the evaluation process will be completed, and applicants whose submissions are accepted will be notified via email.
Who can apply?
All undergraduate students who conduct studies within the scope of the conference theme (Fantasy) and are able to deliver their presentations in English are eligible to apply to the PACES Conference.
