Dear Students,
Within the scope of Erasmus+ 2024-1-TR01-KA131-HED-000224015 Project, our announcement for our students who want to participate in Erasmus+ Student Mobility in the Fall/Spring semester of the 2025-2026 Academic Year has been updated due to the process of adding foreign language exam results to the system in the Pusula Information System. Erasmus+ applications will start on 27.02.2025. The revised application calendar is below.
Students who want to use a language exam result other than the Pamukkale University exam must fill out the petition and language score printout below and hand-deliver it to the International Relations Coordinators between 27.02.2025 (09:00) and 12.03.2025 (17:00).

Mobilities must be completed before the Erasmus+ 2024 KA131 project closes on 30/07/2026.
No mobility grant payment will be made for the days after this date.

Erasmus+ Educational Mobility Application Conditions
1. Academic Grade Point Average:
- Associate Degree/Undergraduate Degree: Minimum 2.50/4.00
- Masters/Doctorate: Minimum 3.00/4.00
2. Current Language Notes:
- Pamukkale University Erasmus+ Language Exam: Language grades of students who have received sufficient scores from the 2022, 2023, or 2024 Foreign Language Exams conducted by Pamukkale University will be displayed in the Pusula system. If your language grade is not visible in the Pusula System at the time of application, you should contact the International Relations Coordinators as soon as possible.
- Other Language Grades: Students who plan to use a language score other than Pamukkale University language exams must submit their scores to the International Relations Coordinatorship with a petition. The petition submission deadline is March 12, 2025, at 17:00.
