Public Finance Department Graduate Seminars 2025

The 2025-2026 Academic Year Fall Semester Graduate Seminar Presentations were held on December 23, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at the Finance Department Chair. The event began with an opening speech by the Head of the Department of Finance, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ersin YAVUZ, and featured presentations by department faculty members Prof. Dr. İbrahim ORGAN, Prof. Dr. Fatih DEYNELİ, Prof. Dr. Sevinç YARAŞIR TÜLÜMCE, Prof. Dr. Özay ÖZPENÇE, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih AKÇAY, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eren ERGEN, Assist. Prof. Dr. Umut TEPEKULE, Assist. Prof. Dr. Bilal GÖDE, and Research Assist. Dr. Ahmet GÜLER contributed to the seminars with their critiques and insights, sharing their knowledge, experience, and expertise. During the seminar presentations, students had the opportunity to improve their work based on the feedback they received.
