The Department of Geological Engineering at Pamukkale University was established in 1994 within the Faculty of Engineering, and educational activities at the undergraduate and master’s levels commenced in the same year. Since 2006, a doctoral program has also been offered. Educational activities are conducted in classrooms of various sizes located in Block B of the Faculty of Engineering, as well as in departmental laboratories and through field applications.
