To conduct and publish research in the fields of religious sciences in general and Islamic sciences in particular, within the framework of international standards; to train participating, self-confident and qualified religious sciences experts and researchers, religious knowledge teachers and religious officials who can assume social responsibility, produce original ideas and value moral, cultural and social perspectives; and to provide undergraduate education opportunities for those who wish to improve their skills in the field of theology.
