Dear Students,
Course selection is crucial for students privileged to participate in the Erasmus program and involves specific rules. Paying attention to these rules will assist you in planning the courses you intend to take abroad.
Learning Agreement - Before the Mobility
One of the most critical steps in the course selection process is completing the "Learning Agreement" document and obtaining approval from the relevant individuals. This document is a commitment showing the courses you plan to take at the university abroad, their ECTS (European Credit Transfer System) credits, and their contents. The learning agreement should be prepared before departure and must include a wet signature and, if necessary, a seal.
Course Selection and Erasmus Commission
The Erasmus Commission is not responsible for selecting courses for students but evaluates the courses they will take at the university abroad. Therefore, students need to choose their courses carefully. The chosen courses should be equivalent to those listed in our department's catalog and comply with department elective and general elective course criteria. These selections are the student's responsibility and must adhere to Erasmus regulations. Here is a sample "Learning Agreement - Before the Mobility" document.
