Office Management and Executive Assistant Training

Pamukkale University Acıpayam Vocational School, which opened in the 2011-2012 academic year, added the Office Management and Executive Assistant Training to its curriculum in its first year and began accepting students at the associate degree level for this program in the 2013-2014 academic year. The program, which continued its educational activities with four semesters of classes and a 30-day summer internship until the 2023-2024 academic year, later transitioned to three semesters of classes and one semester of the Workplace Professional Training Model. Students enrolled in this program currently take classes at the school for three semesters and spend one semester at the workplace for seventy days. The program has developed its teaching staff over time and currently has one faculty member and three instructors. 

 

Call Center Services Program

The Call Center Services Program at Pamukkale University Acıpayam Vocational School began its teaching activities in the 2015-2016 academic year. It also began accepting students in the same period. The program continued its teaching activities with four semesters of classes and a 30-day summer internship until the 2022-2023 academic year, after which it transitioned to three semesters of classes and one semester of the Workplace Professional Education Model. Students enrolled in this program currently take classes at the school for three semesters and spend one semester at the workplace for seventy days. The program has developed its teaching staff over time and currently has three teaching staff members.
