PAUSEM was established on January 26, 2002, in accordance with Article 7 of Law No. 2547 on Higher Education. Between 2002 and 2005, it carried out its activities at PEV College, owned by the Pamukkale Education Foundation. From 2005 to 2023, it continued its operations in the building located in Denizli city center and owned by the Denizli Higher Education Foundation.

In September 2023, PAUSEM relocated to the Denizli Technical Sciences Vocational School Campus in Çamlık and has since continued its educational activities at its new premises. In addition, in order to facilitate access for Pamukkale University students and to provide consultation services, a liaison office has been established at the Kınıklı Campus of Pamukkale University.

Through these two locations, PAUSEM provides services both to university students and to external stakeholders.
