The mission of the Banking and Insurance Program is to train qualified intermediate personnel who possess professional knowledge and practical skills, adhere to ethical values, have a high level of financial literacy, can adapt to digital transformation, and have gained a lifelong learning awareness, all of which are needed by the banking and insurance sectors. The program adopts as its fundamental principle the training of human resources that will contribute to the finance sector at regional and national levels and seeking the employability of its students.
