15 March 2015 – Prosposal submission deadline . (deadline extension 30 April)
27 April 2015 – Acceptance notifications
19 June 2015 – Registration Deadline.
7-8-9 October 2015 – Symposium.
Symposium Registration Fee (before 19 June 2015) : 125 Euro / 300 TL
For students and Research Assistants (before 19 June 2015) : 100 Euro / 250 TL
On site registration : 150 Euro / 350 TL
For students and Research Assistants : 125 Euro / 275 TL
Symposium registration fee covers Symposium Pack, three-day lunch ticket, reception on the first evening, coffee breaks, transport from your hotels/guest houses to/from the symposium venue and the trip after the symposium. Please note that the fee does not include accommodation and the gala dinner.
