NOTE: You must upload all required documents to the relevant sections in the application system. For example, you can upload your diploma and a notarized copy in Turkish as a single PDF file to the diploma section, and your transcript and a notarized copy in Turkish as a single PDF file to the transcript section.
Required Documents for Application:
1. International Student Application Form (the application form is automatically retrieved from the system),
2. Notarized passport or identity card in Turkish (validity not expired as of the application date),
3. Notarized copy of high school diploma or high school level education certificate in Turkish (For students who are in the process of graduating at the time of application, a certified education status certificate from their school is required) (The original document must also be uploaded),
4. TR-YÖS exam results document (unverified documents will not be considered) (Citizens of Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus must upload GCE AL exam results),
5. Notarized copy of transcript/grade report showing all grades received during high school education in Turkish,
6. For those residing in Turkey, an official document showing Turkish Republic identity number,
7. For dual nationals and Blue Card holders, a detailed (event-based) population registration record (First nationality will be considered. Blue Card holders must upload both sides of their Blue Card),
8. For dual nationals and Blue Card holders, a notarized copy of their Turkish identity card/passport of the other nationality,
9. For Turkish citizens or dual citizens who have completed their high school abroad through formal education, a certified and verifiable document showing their entry and exit to Turkey and the country where they studied throughout their studies is required. (Please combine this document with your transcript/grade report and diploma).
10. Since it is essential to have received education in the relevant country during high school, for applicants who graduated from the Open Education High School program abroad under the Ministry of National Education, a certified and verifiable document showing entry and exit to Turkey and the country where they studied during their studies is required (Please combine this document with your transcript/grade report and diploma).
11. A high-resolution photograph in "jpeg/png" format taken within the last 3 months must be uploaded to the system.

Uploaded documents must be legible; otherwise, the application will not be approved.

Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 200 on the TR-YÖS exam to be eligible to make a choice (Candidates with Turkish Cypriot citizenship must have at least a B grade in three subjects on the GCE AL exam).
* Candidates have 5 choices.
* Applications are made online through the website. Applications submitted by mail, email, courier, or in person will not be accepted.
* Applications from candidates with missing documents and/or those who do not meet the application requirements will not be considered.
* TR-YÖS results without a verification code will not be accepted. (During registration, candidates may be asked to log in individually to the ÖSYM website to verify their score.)
