The primary objective of the Management and Organization Department is to meet the demand for qualified personnel in both public and private sector organizations by training prospective managers who are:

  • Experts in the fundamental principles, strategies, and techniques of contemporary management science.

  • Equipped with analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Respectful of human rights, committed to ethical values, creative, constructive, and solution-oriented.

Graduates of this department work at every level of administration requiring managerial expertise, particularly in the general management, personnel management, and research and development departments of public institutions and, increasingly, private sector organizations. Students who successfully complete this associate degree program can enroll in 4-year undergraduate programs at universities, provided they succeed in the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) administered by ÖSYM.
