The Real Estate Management program was established on May 21, 2009, under the Department of Wholesale and Retail Trade at Çivril Atasay Kamer Vocational School. It commenced its educational activities in the 2012-2013 academic year with 50 students and produced its first graduates in the 2013-2014 academic year.
The Evening Education (Second Education) program for Real Estate Management was opened on April 18, 2013, under the same department and began its activities in the 2013-2014 academic year with 14 students. However, no students were admitted to the evening program during the following four terms. Although a decision was made to readmit students to the evening program for the 2018-2019 academic year, the program was closed after only 5 students enrolled. Due to insufficient student numbers, the evening education program is currently not active.
Following the amendment made by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK), the name of the "Real Estate and Property Management" program was officially changed to "Real Estate Management" starting from the 2020-2021 academic year.
