An Educational and Enjoyable Visit to Karahayıt Physical Therapy Hospital
Students from Pamukkale University's Physiotherapy Program had the opportunity to both enhance their professional knowledge and skills and enjoy pleasant moments during a technical visit to Karahayıt Physical Therapy Hospital.
During the visit, students closely examined the hospital's modern physical therapy units and gained practical knowledge about electrotherapy, hydrotherapy, and various rehabilitation applications. In presentations led by expert physiotherapists, students were able to reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
The use of electrotherapy devices and hydrotherapy applications were of particular interest to the students. They gained professional experience by trying out some of the applications firsthand. Being both a learner and a practitioner during this process increased the effectiveness of the training.
In addition to its educational aspects, the visit was also socially rewarding, with students spending enjoyable time with their friends and creating unforgettable memories. The natural beauty of Karahayıt was also explored through walks around the hospital grounds and surrounding areas.
The instructors of the Physiotherapy Program stated that such technical trips greatly contribute to the professional development of students and that similar events will continue.
