QUALITY ASSURANCE POLICY
The Quality Assurance Policy outlines the fundamental elements adopted by all employees with the aim of implementing and maintaining a quality assurance system across all units of Pamukkale University, in accordance with legal requirements and with an approach that adapts to change.
Pamukkale University:
- Operates based on its defined mission, vision, policies, and strategic objectives. It ensures the alignment of activities with strategic goals and objectives, and systematically monitors them.
- Follows the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach in all its processes, adopting a continuous improvement mindset.
- Secures the structuring and sustainability of the internal quality assurance system through institutional regulations. It commits to complying with external evaluation and accreditation processes.
- Ensures the participation of all stakeholders, especially employees and students, in processes and carries out activities to enhance their satisfaction by maintaining open feedback channels.
- Aims to be a competitive university in both national and international fields with the quality of the products and services it offers in all its areas of activity.
- Establishes and operates monitoring mechanisms to secure the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle and evaluate the performance of processes. It ensures the application of improvement methods by evaluating the results.
- Effectively uses information management systems in the implementation of all processes and ensures their sustainability.
- Follows and adapts to regional, national, and international changes and trends, and prioritizes innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Carries out all activities with respect for people and the environment, based on the principle of sustainability.
- Conducts activities to ensure the adoption and spread of a quality culture within the institution.
- Ensures the coherence of activities in the areas of Education-Teaching, Research-Development, Social Contribution, and other management policies.
