Our Mission:
1. Duty to Assist in Ensuring the Lawfulness of the Actions and Transactions of the Legal Entity of Pamukkale University:
- To assist the Administration in ensuring that the general regulatory administrative acts of the University are established in accordance with the legislation and the rule of law;
- To contribute to the resolution of problematic issues to which the University is a party by providing legal opinions on matters referred to the Counsel;
- To propose legal solutions within the statutory limits upon request in disputes arising from the actions and transactions of the University.
2. Duty to Defend the Rights and Interests of the Legal Entity of Pamukkale University Before Judicial Bodies:
- To defend the University before judicial and enforcement authorities in lawsuits and execution proceedings filed against the University due to its actions and transactions;
- To seek and secure the rights and interests of the University before administrative and judicial authorities.
Our Vision:
The vision of the Legal Counsel is to provide legal guidance to ensure that all actions and transactions established across all units of the University are carried out within the framework of the principle of accountability—one of our core values—and in accordance with the boundaries set by legislation, the general principles of law, equality, and justice.
