History

The Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program was established as a department within the School of Tourism Management and Hotel Management, initially accepting its first students under the name "Food and Beverage Management" in the 2009-2010 academic year, and began its education with a total of 40 students.

In 2013, with the decision to transform the School of Tourism Management and Hotel Management into the Faculty of Tourism, the program continued to be offered as Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
