Important notes, SPAS, SGK and payment calculations
Document Submission

Internship or vocational training documents must be submitted either in person or electronically, according to the method determined by your department. Documents delivered in person should be submitted directly to your department.

You may direct all your questions to your department.

SPAS Eligibility Document

The SPAS Eligibility Document can be obtained via the e-Government portal and is required for internship applications. It is the student’s responsibility to generate the document and enter the SPAS code into Pusula.

SGK SMS Information

Students must register their mobile phone information via the e-Government portal in order to benefit from the SGK SMS Information System. This service provides SMS notifications regarding internship entry and exit records.

Work Accident & Occupational Disease

One (1) business day prior to the start of internship or vocational training courses, the school notifies SGK.

Requests such as “I don’t want insurance” are not valid. Work accident and occupational disease notifications do not cause any issues for students.
State Contribution

If state support is to be requested after the student’s internship or vocational training payment, the payment must be at least 30% of the daily net minimum wage.

Payment Calculations

For enterprises with fewer than 20 employees: maximum 147.37 TL per day

For enterprises with 21 or more employees: maximum 73.68 TL per day
