STATUES

The restoration work of statues in 2014 covered cleaning of the dead layers on the upper and lower parts of a statue with tag nos. TR14.HCDP.MR.02 and TR14.HCDP.MR.06; they were tried, matched and fitted together. The statue with fragments tagged as TR14.ARS2.MR.10, TR14.GRA.MR.01, TR14.HPC.MR.05, TR14.GRA.MR.06 and TR.14.GRA.MR.17 was cleaned first, dead layers were removed, tried and matched, and finally fitted together. Furthermore, surface cleaning of the statue head no. TR.14.ARS2.MR.12 and lower body no. TR.14.HCDP.MR.15 was completed.
