Documents Required for Final Registration
NO REGISTRATION WILL BE MADE WITH MISSING DOCUMENTS.
*Letter of Acceptance
*A notarized Turkish copy of the page of the official ID and passport showing the identity information from the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country
*Original high school diploma and Turkish translation of the high school diploma certified by the Turkish Embassy or Turkish Consulate or notary public in their country, (For students who are at the graduation stage, the education status certificate from their schools)
*The original of the transcript and its Turkish translation certified by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country or by a notary public, (Turkish and/or Turkish notarized copies of non-English documents)
*Original "Equivalency Certificate" from the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey showing that the high school diploma is equivalent to the diplomas obtained from Turkish high schools (not required from high school graduates affiliated to the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey)
*Exam result document
It is not required from students who are placed without exams, document verification will be done
Original and Turkish notarized copy of the relevant exam result certificate from the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country or Turkish notary certified copy,
*Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee has been paid to the relevant bank (All prospective students are required to pay the tuition fee)
*3 (4.5 x 6 cm) color passport size photographs (must have been taken within the last 6 months at most)
*Commitment letter (financial assurance document) showing that the applicant has the income to make a living in Turkey. A notarized copy of the notarized ID/passport of the person making the commitment will be attached to the commitment letter (You can access the sample of the commitment letter from the attached file)
*Photocopy of blue card for blue card holders (provided that the original document is seen during registration)
*For dual nationals and Blue Card holders, a detailed birth certificate from the civil registry office https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/nvi-nufus-kayit-ornegi-belgesi-sorgulama
*Candidates who are Turkish nationals and have completed their entire high school education abroad, a document showing that they have completed their entire high school education abroad (Detailed transcript) and a document showing that they have entered/exited abroad during their education period (can be obtained from e-government or Security Directorate.) https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/emniyet-yurda-giriscikis-belge-sorgulama
*Photocopies of the ID and, if any, study visa pages of the passport (provided that the original document is seen during registration)
*In the event that the candidate student cannot come to the registration in person, the person to whom he/she gives a Notarized Power of Attorney can be registered on behalf of the candidate student. For those under 18 years of age, the proxy must be a notarized copy of the identity card and passport of the mother and/or father (provided that the original identity card of the proxy is seen during registration)
*Candidate students who will enroll in the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences, School of Health Sciences, School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Denizli School of Health, a committee report from university hospitals in Turkey and / or a full-fledged official hospital certifying that they do not have physical and mental disabilities that will prevent them from carrying out this profession during and after the education period
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS:
*If any of the documents in the list above are missing, registration will not be made.
*All documents submitted must not be expired.
*Candidate students who graduated from the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and Maarif Foundation Schools will be accepted as C1 Turkish Proficiency level.
*At the time of registration, a Turkish Proficiency Certificate at the B2 and C1 level from Yunus Emre Institute (if any) must be submitted.
*All prospective students (except for the prospective students who graduated from the Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and Maarif Foundation Schools and who have B2 and C1 level Turkish Proficiency Certificate from Yunus Emre Institute) are required to take the Turkish Proficiency Exam to be held by PADAM. Exam dates will be announced separately.
*Candidates who are placed in departments that provide education in a foreign language are required to take the exam to be held on the dates to be announced later.
*Candidate students who have been placed with the I. Placement for the 2023-2024 Academic Year but have not registered cannot apply for the II. Placement Phase. The application of the candidate who is found to have applied will not be accepted.
