    Semiconductor thin-film studies: Electrical Properties: Electrical properties such as conductivity, resistivity, and carrier concentration of semiconductor thin films are investigated. Structural Properties: Focus on atomic arrangement, crystal structure, structural integrity, and the film’s physical/structural properties. Optical Properties: Studies on light absorption, reflection, transmission, and other optical properties of semiconductor thin films. Production: Production methods, growth techniques, and thin-film formation processes of semiconductor thin films are investigated. Characterization: These studies use various characterization techniques to determine thin-film properties, including electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic methods, and electrical measurements.
