The "Universal Nanotechnology Skills Creation and Motivation Development" Project(UNINANO) is an Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Project (Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices/Strategic Partnerships for Higher Education), numbered 2016-1-TR01-KA203-034520. Project coordinating institution is Pamukkale University (Denizli,Turkey). Institutional project coordinator is Pamukkale University Rector. PAU project team consists of Assist.Prof.Dr. Arzum Işıtan, Assist.Prof.Dr. Cumhur Gökhan Ünlü, Assist.Prof.Dr. Zeha Yakar, and Fac.Lect. Meltem Balaban. Project partner institutions are Selçuk University (Konya,Turkey), Afyon Kocatepe University (Afyon,Turkey), Fondazione Bruno Kessler (Trento,Italy), CrystalClearSoft(CCS-Athens,Greece), Universitatea Tehnica Cluj-Napoca (Cluj Napoca,Romania), and Cosvitec (Naples,Italy).

The fundamental output of the UNINANO Project is to make university students (at undergraduate level) gain awareness about nanoscience and nanotechnology and affect their future career plans positively regarding this subject. In this way, we believe that we will contribute to the labor force in the nanotechnology subject area. Within the scope of this project, curriculum supporting and motivating new-skills and qualifications gain will be provided for vocational individuals, too. Written, visual and e-learning nanotechnology materials and methods that will be developed within the project will contribute to the improvement of European innovative skills and qualifications.  Philosophy of the project consists of developing effective strategies for enhancing basic skills in the nanotechnology subject area.
