Online Platform: The Basic Training for Probationary Officers is conducted via the Presidential Distance Education Portal.

Accessing the Training: Probationary officers must log in to https://uzaktanegitimkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr using their T.R. ID Number and e-Government (e-Devlet) password. It is mandatory to complete all training modules listed under the "Basic Training for Probationary Officers" section in sequential order.

Attendance: Participation in the Probationary Officer Training is mandatory.

Examination: Following the completion of the online basic training, a face-to-face written examination will be administered.

Appointed Status: Probationary officers who fail to complete the training or fail the examination cannot be appointed to permanent (tenured) civil service status.

Grading Policy: The written examination is graded out of 100 points. A score of 60 or above is required for a passing grade.

Exam Schedule: The written examination will be held on the date and time specified in the Official Training Program.

Legal Framework: The training program is governed by the General Regulation on the Training of Probationary Officers and the provisions of Article 55 of the Civil Servants Law No. 657.
