Staff ID Cards

Staff ID cards are issued after the respective department notifies the Department of Personnel Affairs of the staff's commencement of duty, submitted along with an ID card request form and one (1) photograph. The ID cards can be collected by the staff themselves or a departmental representative from the Administrative Staff Office.

Replacement of Staff ID Cards (Loss or Renewal)

To request a new ID card in case of loss or renewal, personnel must deposit a fee of 100.00 TL into the account specified below. Following the payment, an application must be submitted to the Department of Personnel Affairs - Administrative Staff Office with the original payment receipt (deposit slip).

Payment Instructions

Payments can be made via bank branch or online banking. It is mandatory to include "Staff ID Card" in the description (explanation) field of the transaction.
