Preference Applications will start on August 11, 2023 at 00:00 Turkish time.
The application deadline will end on August 18, 2023 at 23:59 Turkish time.
Your preferences will not be accepted without depositing the preference application fee!
Candidates who will make a preference with TRYÖS Exam Result:
* Candidates must get at least 200 full points from TRYÖS in order to make a preference.

Application Documents
*Candidate students who were placed with the 2023-2024 Academic Year I. Placement but did not register, cannot apply in the II. Placement. The application of the candidate found to have applied will not be accepted.
REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE MADE WITH MISSING DOCUMENTS.
* Document showing that the application fee has been deposited. (The explanation part of the receipt must include the candidate's full name and application membership number. Preference fees must be deposited between August 11 - August 18, 2023).
* Upload a high-resolution "jpeg/png" format photograph taken within the last 3 months.
* The original high school diploma and a Turkish translation of the high school diploma certified by the Turkish Embassy or Turkish Consulate in their country or a notary public, (For students who are in the graduation stage, the education status certificate from their schools)
* The original of the transcript and its Turkish translation certified by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country or by a notary public, (Turkish and/or Turkish notarized copies of non-English documents)
* For applicants applying with a Diploma and Transcript, the transcript must be in Turkish with notary approval or in English. The transcript must show the applicant's full name and all grades received during high school education.
* Original of the relevant exam result document and QR code or document verification code information
* Turkish translation of the page of the official ID card or passport showing identity information, certified by the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country or by a notary public
* For those with dual nationality, a detailed (Detailed) copy of the birth certificate (The first nationality will be taken into consideration.)
* For Blue Card Holders; photocopy of both sides of the Blue Card
* For candidates with Turkish citizenship who studied all of their high school abroad, a document showing that they studied all of their high school abroad, (Combine the transcript and this document with the diploma.)
* A document showing that the applicants who are Turkish Citizens and studied all of their high school abroad have entered and left the country during their education period. (It can be obtained from the police or e-government)

* Candidates who apply with a Test Result Certificate must have verification information such as verification code / barcode / QR code / e-mail registration information (e.g. SAT exam result) on the test result document. In case of lack of verification information on the documents, the candidate must attach the proving document.
* Uploaded documents must be legible otherwise the application will not be approved.
Documents that are not notarized in Turkish or not in English will not be accepted.

AFTER BECOMING A MEMBER, YOU MUST PAY THE APPLICATION FEE IN ORDER TO MAKE A PREFERENCE!
* When making payment, MEMBERSHIP NO, FULL NAME will be written in the explanation section. Otherwise, the application will not be accepted. PREFERENCE FEES MUST BE PAID BETWEEN AUGUST 11-18.
* Candidates have 5 preference rights.
* Application procedures are done online via the website. Applications by mail, e-mail, cargo or hand delivery of documents will not be accepted.
* TRYÖS results without verification code will not be accepted. (During registration, the candidate may be asked to log in individually from the ÖSYM website to confirm the score).

PRINCIPLES OF PREFERENCE APPLICATION
*All candidates will pay the application fee.
*Candidates will make their applications online from the system after depositing the preference application fee to the account numbers given below (The Membership Number and Name-Surname written in the explanation field on the receipt must be the same as in the application).
* After completing the application form in the system and becoming a member by uploading the necessary documents to the system, preference application can be made.
* Candidates who do not deposit the preference application fee and whose documents and information are found to be incomplete will be deemed invalid.
* Bank charges belong to the applicant.
* After applying to the university; the application fees of candidates who withdraw their application, whose application is not evaluated for any reason, who do not meet the application requirements and cannot be placed in a program are not refunded.
