2023-2024 Academic Year Final Registration Information of Candidate Students Placed to Our University with the 2nd Placement

Candidates who have the right to register with the 2nd Placement must come to the International Student Coordinatorship with all the documents required for Final Registration between 18 September 2023 and 29 September 2023. 

The acceptance letters of the placed candidates have been sent to the e-mail addresses they have subscribed to the system with electronic signature.

Documents Required for Final Registration

Letter of Acceptance
Original high school diploma and notarized Turkish translation of the diploma
Original transcript showing the grades obtained during high school education and notarized Turkish translation of the transcript
Diploma Equivalency Certificate (not required from high school graduates affiliated to the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MoNE))
Exam result document (Not required from students who are placed without exams, document verification will be made)
Bank receipt showing that the contribution fee has been deposited to the relevant bank (All prospective students are required to pay the tuition fee)
3 (4.5 x 6 cm) color passport size photographs (must have been taken within the last 6 months at most)
A committee report from university hospitals and / or a full-fledged official hospital certifying that the candidate students who will enroll in the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences, School of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, Denizli School of Health do not have physical and mental disabilities that will prevent them from carrying out this profession during and after the education period.
A letter of commitment showing that he/she has the income to make a living in Turkey. A photocopy of the ID/passport of the person making the commitment will be attached to the letter of commitment (You can access the sample letter of commitment from the attached file)
Photocopy of blue card for blue card holders (provided that the original document is seen during registration)

Candidates who are Turkish nationals and completed their entire high school education abroad, a document showing that they completed their entire high school education abroad (detailed transcript) and a document showing that they have entered/exited abroad during their education period (can be obtained from e-government or Security Directorate) https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/emniyet-yurda-giriscikis-belge-sorgulama
Photocopies of the identity and, if applicable, study visa pages of the passport (provided that the original document is seen during registration)
In case the prospective student cannot come to the registration in person, the person to whom he/she has given a Notarized Power of Attorney can be registered on behalf of the prospective student (provided that the original document is seen during registration)
The General Health Insurance Information Form, Letter of Commitment and Student Registration forms in the attachment must be filled in completely and submitted to the relevant person during registration.

NOTE:

1. If any of the documents listed above are missing, no registration will be made.

2. All documents submitted must have a valid date.

3. Candidate students who graduated from the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and Maarif Foundation Schools will be accepted as C1 Turkish Proficiency level.

4. Turkish Proficiency Certificate at B2 and C1 level from Yunus Emre Institute (if any) must be submitted at the time of registration.

5. All prospective students (except for the prospective students who graduated from the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MoNE) and Maarif Foundation Schools and have a Turkish Proficiency Certificate at the B2 and C1 level from Yunus Emre Institute) are required to take the Turkish Proficiency Exam to be held by PADAM. Exam dates will be announced separately.

6. Candidates who are placed in departments that provide education in a foreign language must take the exam to be held on the dates to be announced later.

7. Candidate students who are eligible for placement and do not register cannot apply in the 2nd Placement Phase of 2023-2024. The application of the candidate who is found to have applied will not be accepted.
