The event titled "The Journey of Chocolate: From Cocoa Bean to a Sweet Flavor," held today at Pamukkale University Çal Vocational School, was successfully completed with the intense participation of our students and academic staff.
Hüseyin Doğan Bozkurt, the owner of Bubon Chocolate, attended the event where industry experiences were shared. The program began with a career-oriented talk by Mr. Bozkurt, who met with our students. Sharing his entrepreneurship journey in the sector, the processing stages of the cocoa bean, and his professional experiences, Bozkurt provided valuable advice to inspire our students' visions.
Following the career talk and a productive networking session, the program proceeded with a practical workshop in accordance with the schedule. In the workshop, which started with a live demonstration by Hüseyin Doğan Bozkurt, participants had the opportunity to learn the subtleties of chocolate making firsthand. The flavor-filled event concluded with a free tasting session that was greatly enjoyed by the students.
