Essential principles of management philosophy and quality policy are

adopting patient and employee satisfaction as a principle,

being an academic pioneer in the field of scientific research and new applications,

giving excellent health services without compromising principles,

training and improving of employees continuously,

developing a pioneer management system by using assessment and improvement instruments continuously.

It is based on ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and international accreditation standards.

To give accessible, continuous and secured health service by using modern information and technology, answering patients’ and their relatives needs, wishes and expectations without compromising principles of ethics.

Being a pioneer international institution which is integrated with its employees and adopts confidence, prestige and patience satisfaction as a principle.

Being as enterprise management we promise that

in every stage of the institution, operations of our developing quality management system will be accountably followed and reportable,

adopting risk-based duration principle within the quality management system and strategy complying with quality policy and goals,

providing the integration of management systems in our processes,

providing source and education of units in order to achieve goals of quality management system,

supporting all of the employees to be the leaders in their units,

all of the essential efforts will be done with our employees in all units to create awareness of quality.
